Sports Infrastructure (Play Fields)

Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) have sports infrastructure that includes play fields, courts, and other facilities:
Outdoor play fields: KVs have outdoor play fields for sports like football, basketball, volleyball, handball, kho-kho, kabaddi, and cricket.
Indoor facilities: KVs have indoor facilities for sports like table tennis, badminton, yoga, and chess. Some KVs also have facilities for judo, taekwondo, boxing, and shooting.
Other facilities: KVs also have 400-meter tracks and fields.

KVs also have a sports portal for students to enter online to participate in sports competitions. KVs also organize sports events like the annual sports day and the one-day mini sports meet for primary children called “BAL DIVAS”.
